Our elevator is a phenomenal addition to our 2 story house! Since our main living space is on the second floor, I use it to load groceries up, Laundry up, suitcases, etc. When my husband was in a walker and wheelchair, he had the freedom of accessing both floors of the house. Not to mention that our grand kids loved riding up and down in it :)

We've only had our lift for about one year. Had a one time belt issue and they were here to fix it promptly and respectfully perform twice a year maintenance. The technicians are pleasant and the office staff that I have worked with are all very pleasant.
