I bought a Sienna 600 lift 6 years ago. I have osteoarthritis and it has enabled me to stay in our 2 level home. In fact we hope and expect that it will enable both my wife and me to stay in our home rather than moving into assisted living. Also, the maintenance service we have enjoyed from Arrow Lift has been excellent. I have already recommended Stannah lifts and Arrow to friends.
We are pleased with the product we purchased but especially please with the customer service.
We are very happy with our Arrow Lift so far. My husband and I are both in our 80's and have problems with walking and using steps. Our laundry room is downstairs and now we can go up and down the stairs without worrying about falling. The installer was very prompt and did a good job. and was very respectful. We are glad we called Arrow.

My technician was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He assisted with items that were outside the normal bounds of a service call. Our phone people did not label cords correctly and he worked to get our elevator back up and running after confusion with other vendors. Just super thankful for a patient and helpful person assisting. I was a bit at my 'end' with trying to get everything working properly and he spent extra time making sure we were good to go.
Exceptional customer service from start to finish by Charlie and his installation crew. Arrow Lift truly cares about their customer’s needs. Charlie came to our home; explained the product, gave us options, and measured on a Saturday and the chairlift was installed the following Wednesday. An absolutely amazing product with phenomenal customer experience!
