Their service team is the best in Victoria, unfortunately they are overbooked so appointments are weeks out, but they are worth the wait for major issues. Mitch is the best at getting you fitted to a bike, he sets up the suspension sag and settings while you're on the bike so when you ride out it's perfectly set up. I've purchased from other stores and they just hand a full suspension bike over to you and wish you good luck with that.

The shop was really responsive and fit me in despite a busy repair schedule. They were able to pre-assess the creaky crank problem on the spot given their extensive experience, and when they had a chance to properly investigate the issue, the pre-assessment was bang-on.
