A great team of employeees who took time with me as I decided to get myself a new bike. Work was done to move equipment off my former bike, and it was ready that day. The Trek shop on Catherine is buzzing with activity, shoppers and staff. A genuine great helpful staff, including owner Trent who even spent time trying to get my bike rack secured. Tom you did a super job for me.

I was not seeking out a trek bike specifically but thought I’d pop into the shop for general research as I was exploring options for a new trail bike. I had visited a handful of other bike shops and the experience at trek was above and beyond anywhere else. The staff’s depth of knowledge in the products and market/ industry in general was a key differentiator, and led to my decision to buy a bike. I also appreciated the care to ensure I made the right purchase, one staff member even brought in his personal bike so I could try sizing.

Your location is excellent in providing access to safe and varied routes on which to do those test drives - and those routes are right outside your door which is super convenient.

The quality of the bikes and the parts and accessories that come with them. My Fx 3 and my wife’s appear to be the lightest in their class. The gearing system allows us to climb hills that we could never do with other similar bike brands.
The bike techs have done a great job of keeping the bikes in top performance whenever needed with same day service if needed.
Sales service has been impressive, helpful and instant.
