The staff was unavailable and they were so kind. They were just fantastic. I have recommended them to others. They took time to talk with me. I walked in before I even told them what I wanted with my bike her adjusted the handle bars. Then went on to explain how they were probably made my hands numb and he was spot on.
They also were very well priced.

When I arrived, I was greeted very nicely and my question were answered quickly and appropriately. Mark, the sales rep that I spoke with, was absolutely amazing, very helpful, and knowledgeable about my two bicycles. He helped me make the appropriate decision for the work that was needed and what work was recommended in the future. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone who needs a bicycle repair as the prices were very reasonable and the work was completed in a timely manner. Great Job and I will be back!!

Excellent customer service! Frank spent a great deal of time educating both my daughter and myself on the different types of bikes to ensure we bought a bike that was going to suit our needs. Mark also offered excellent customer service. I would definitely return and recommend the shop to anyone interested in purchasing a bicycle.
Bryan's Bike's has been my go too for approximately 15 years. I remember my 1st purchase was cycling shoes for RPM, and then I started riding a bike on trails, and my 1st purchase was from Dicks, $400, but it didn't feel safe. I was directed to two bike shops, but I was just a number @ the 1st one, then I drove to Bryan's, and I never tried another Shop.

This is the second time I have taken my son's bike here to repair it after a fall he had. They are very good at checking over the bike, making the necessary repairs and ensure it is safe for him to ride. Great customer service and very friendly.
They are always friendly and very helpful. If they don't have what you need in stock they will order it for you. They are very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. You are treated with respect even if you are just a beginner cyclist and they take the time to explain things to you and offer tips and suggestions. They are definitely the best bike shop in the area.
Theses guys know their business and SO personable! For me both attributes are equally important. My new bike! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
