What I like is not only the quality of the bicycle but also the quality of the customer service. I had many how - to questions that were thoroughly answered. I was given a thorough explanation of the care, proper usage, and mechanics of the bicycle. The reviews of this store is what led me to shop here and I was not disappointed. I am willing to bet that I would not get the same quality customer service with my purchase if I had went to a big box store. Anyone I know that wants I bicycle .... I am sending them to Bryan's Bikes.

I bought my husband a bike last year and wanted one for myself. They have a lot of options online and in store. Online has descriptions and sizing charts to help guide you. I was able to call and speak to someone, they were very helpful and explained the process of also getting the bike. I was able to go in and test ride the one I was interested in which was great! They are knowledgeable, won’t push you towards or away from a bike, will help guide you towards the bikes that are good for the type of riding you’ll do. They explained how everything worked before I left as well. I will recommend anyone to use Bryan’s Bikes.

The staff was unavailable and they were so kind. They were just fantastic. I have recommended them to others. They took time to talk with me. I walked in before I even told them what I wanted with my bike her adjusted the handle bars. Then went on to explain how they were probably made my hands numb and he was spot on.
They also were very well priced.
