Frank and Mark are honest and totally dedicated to supporting the needs of their customers. I have bought mountain bikes there for my family and a road bike for myself. Their preventive maintenance programs make sure our bikes are safe and running in top condition at all times. I brought them a tandem bike that they specially modified for a special-needs rider - it has provided us great rides and much joy over the past several years. They're local, honest, and really good.
