Efficient, friendly service that honestly spoke about my bike. Could have just told me I needed new brakes or that they would not repair with parts I brought, but that was not a thought to them. They talked me through the issue, fixed it in 2 days and educated me on how to prevent the issue from occurring again. An amazing bike shop.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, developed a scope of work up-front with a cost estimate, did the work agreed upon without expanding beyond the scope, and did the work timely. They did everything they promised and followed through by communicating when my bike was ready to be picked up. In addition, their price structure for the repairs was reasonable.
