I was in the market for a Trek FX3. I contacted Frank, and found that he had a large FX3 in stock. I'm 6'2'' with a long reach, but thought it would work. I took the bike home and after ten minutes of riding realized that it was too small. I called Frank back with my issue. He said no problem. He checked with his supplier and found an FX3 XL which he had delivered and assembled in a couple of days. I switched bikes and couldn't be happier.
I purchased a pair of used bikes from Bryan's Bikes. Frank the owner/proprietor was very helpful and patient with me. He answered all of my questions and made the entire process/experience pleasant and smooth. I would definitely recommend Bryan's Bikes to someopne looking for a new/used bicycle and/or bicycle servicing. Nice people!

The staff consists solely of expert bike service folks. They are very fair, and only recommend necessary bike service, rather than trying to unnecessarily increase the service tasks. I am glad that I discovered and took my bike into their shop for service. They diagnosed and fixed the items of concern.
