We took two bikes in for much-needed tune-ups and repairs. The staff were all VERY knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Diego was a superstar! He went out of his way to make sure my husband's concerns were all addressed - including adjusting his handlebars and grips for a more comfortable ride. Taking the bikes to Trek in South Naples was well-worth the effort; the price was much lower than what we would've paid for the mobile service that comes into our neighborhood, and the experience was remarkable.
Selection of product is getting better, since the move, what can be purchased can be ordered., communication is excellent.
