Ryan has great product knowledge. The young lady working that I spoke to first was nice and pleasent. But was short on product knowledge.

I wish the bikes would come with some instructions, how to adjust the seat, how to take the front wheel off how to put the back wheel on and off, charging the lights, Just a little more printed information or a website that you can go to
