I bought my bike from Vic and have been in numerous times since to buy a new helmet and other accessories. They are very knowledgeable, professional and trust their guidance in buying what I need.
The personnel is very experienced and was truthful with me about the condition on my bike that was submerged in the flood from hurricane Helene. I thought they cared deeply and supported me in purchasing a new bike while donating my old bike to a charity that helps the homeless.
