Purchased a helmet with lights. Unfortunately the bikes didn't feel right.
We were warmly greeted upon arriving and asked all the apprpropriate questions to understand our needs. Several bike models were demonstrated along with the potential benefits of each. Once our selections were narrowed down, we were allowed to ride the bikes in an adjoining parking lot. Small changes were made to assure best performance. All accessories were installed and we were on our way home with bikes we thoroughly enjoy. We could not have imagined a better shopping experience.

When I walked in the door I was immediately greeted+ asked if I needed help . I was directed to the area that had the products I needed. A women came over to help answered my questions, made suggestions. Was able to make my purchase + told if I had any problems with installing or questions, their available, don't hesitate to call or stop in.

Have been a fan and owner of Trek bicycles since 2008 when I took my first 5 boroughs bike tour in New York City. Love it is durability, ease of gear changing and all around use. I have a hybrid dating back to 2012 and I keep it tuned up and it still works great. Im retired and ride about 6 miles a day. My husband just bought a verve which he loves. Great product. I would love to upgrade but being on a fixed income I’m just going to rely on my old tried and true. Thank you for your continued development and time honored if excellence
The bike selection and price range is excellent while the service is great with all parts there and immediately available. My only problem was missing my two year warranty by just 4 days. Wish you guys would send out a warranty notice a few weeks before they’ve pire. Who looks at receipts to see when their warranty expires ? Probably very few do.
