Products: I like Trek bicycles because they walk the line between high end (and damned high priced) and inexpensive (but unreliable). Very, very good value. Ditto, the Bontrager gear you sell.

The store had exactly the accessories needed for a non-Trek bicycle and the staff was amazingly cordial and helpful. We also found out that we can have our non-Trek bicycle tuned there. We live across the street so this is great news.

Only thing is no AC in the store. It was very hot in there waiting to pick up our bikes. I do not understand how they can work back there with that heat!
