We were treated considerately during our visits and offered clear explanations regarding the bicycle we were looking to purchase. I appreciated the range of products available and the quick delivery time when we made the order of a bike that wasn't in stock. The staff is friendly and helpful and I expect to be visiting the shop again for service on my other Trek bicycle and to purchase a beginner's bike for my grandson.
I purchased my Trek Checkpoint ALR5 at The Bike Lane early in 2025 and have been a regular customer since. The staff is always helpful when I have questions about gear or accessories, and the service team has been ready to check out my bike and make quick adjustments as necessary. The location is prime being next to Lake Fairfax Park's mountain bike trails and adjacent to the W&OD trail. Overall, The Bike Lane has a lot to offer. Thanks!

The people who work at Bike Lane also ride and race. They know what products they have in store and what they can order. They think outside the box to help you find answers to your questions. They also have great coffee and beer.

The overall vibe in the shop was awesome!
The gentleman that helped me rent a bike for my daughter was really personable and even spent an extra few minutes giving me a quick tour of the brewery. Also, when we waited for the bike two other associates asked if we were being helped, that does not happen in every store. Those little things mean a lot and that's why we will be back and will share our experience with others.
The bikes we purchased there are very good quality and have been able to withstand the abuse of both my boys. Everything is very well-built and sturdy. The service we receive every time we are there is amazing. Both my boys are autistic and everyone goes above and beyond what is typical customer service. The staff there truly have a passion for bikes, and they’ve helped my boys, multiple times, adapt their bikes to fit their development. I’ve been there many times, and each time, I’m still so surprised at how far they still go to make sure my kids are able to ride safely and successfully on their bikes! Love this shop and the people who work there very much!
