The staff went above and beyond for me and my son on Sunday June 29th. My son and I both purchased new bikes and from start to finish the staff was informative, friendly, and so helpful. For bikes, repairs, and great cold beer…..As the owner of Red’s Table down the street I will continue to tell anyone who asks to head over to Bike Lane.

Went into the shop to purchase a new bike helmet and the owner personally assisted me in choosing the right helmet for my riding needs. Now this task does not necessarily require hands on assistance, but it was very telling that the owner would go to the trouble of helping out a customer, and it is indicative of the great support I've experienced at this small business over the past 7+ years. I HIGHLY recommend anyone with bike needs to stop by - they are directly on the W&OD, have great products at fair prices, on premises brewery, great service, and great food. Did I mention the brewery...

Came in looking for some shoes very close to closing time. They were more than happy to help and weren’t rushing me out the door. The old/ new shop is pretty cool, no rtc parking and people bs.
