I’ve been a Bike Lane customer for about 18 years now and have always been treated well by Todd and his team. Derrick has worked on just about every bike I’ve owned in the last 15 years and has always delivered. It’s so nice to still see familiar faces after all these years and meet new people on the team.

The sales associate was the best! I believe his name was Alex. It was very busy in the shop when I purchased the bike, but he answered all of my questions. He was very nice to my son (he was getting his bike that day). I will definitely be coming back here when I buy another bike.

With a 25th anniversary celebration happening, they still were patient and supportive, answering my questions and helping me find just what I needed to go along with my new purchase. the front-desk staff is usually nice. but one of the mechanics made me feel like i am bothering him when i needed a part from their shelf. (the asian guy)

Very welcoming shop. Everyone was friendly, positive, and seemed happy to be there. Greeted at the door and asked what brought me in. I had a bike I needed fixed up. Derrick talked me through options, and he did a fantastic job getting my old road bike ready to ride again.
