Very very poor communication and required multiple calls to get a status on a work order that was supposed to have already been completed. Even then no one bothered to give me an update via email or phone despite numerous requests.

The first and only thing I have ever purchased, even as a team member. was damaged. I bought sunglasses that were scratched. Didn't find out til I was on my way home. not expensive but...hey, a bummer
Staff are always super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and they carry quality products all around. They've been the best bike local, NOVA bike shop in the area for years and I'm proud to call them my bike shop. Thank you Todd, Tom, Tom, Mark, Bill and everyone!
