Owen was super helpful. I walked in to ask for an opinion on my bike chain. Not only did he explain how to care for the chain but he also demonstrated how to do it. I purchased an affordable $11 tool to measure the chain wear.

I dropped off my mountain bike suspension on a Tuesday night and it was ready that Thursday. Pretty awesome turnaround. My bike feels better than when it was new.

Hi -
I wanted to provide feedback on 2 experiences.
1. Bike drop off for maintenance - I approved the work over email but then nothing got done with bike. After I called to check on the bike they said I hadn't approved it and it so it was longer than expected.
2. I stopped by the store today looking for a new road bike but wasn't helped by any crew member...wondered around for 5 minutes and then left.
No big deal...just letting you know that from a customer experience there are some improvements that could be made.
