The tech was very friendly and responsive in fixing my flat. Also, it was nice to have a recommendation on a high pressure bike pump. If I didn't live in an apartment building with the bike in a bike cage I would have considered it.

Excellent service. I was immediately greeted as soon as I walked in the store. Tom and Todd were very helpful, honest, and friendly. I found exactly the bike I was looking for and they didn’t try to upswell me into something I didn’t need. Highly recommend this store.
The service is amazing. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to get to know you and your biking needs. Working with them is easy. The good beer in their brewery is just icing on the cake.
Mark is amazing, I’m new to biking so it was refreshing to speak to someone so informative and knowledgeable. I learned so much about bikes throughout the process and Mark was extremely helpful and patient throughout my whole bike selection, test ride and purchasing process. I’m so excited about my new Trek Dual Sport 2 bike and I’m happy Mark and the staff at The Bike Lane made it such a great experience.

I had a very enlightening time during my bike fitting with Bill. He taught me the physics behind each measurement and the way it affects the ride, comfort, and the power output. Bill was very thorough, made sure I had a proper fit, and ensured injury free rides in the future. Service department checked my shifters and helped me swap the pedals. Ward poured a tasty beer and was genuinely interested in my bikes and riding history. It was a great experience; the vibe between the employees was family-like and I could tell that they all were enjoying what they did.
The Bike Lane is more than just a bike shop, it's a part of the biking community. The techs there provide excellent bike services. They have a solid inventory and will work with you to get anything they don't have if possible. Highly recommend this business!

I have been recommending The Bike Lane to all my friends since I became a customer when I bought 2 bikes with you this year, and have been pleasantly spoiled by all staff, especially Owen, who is always ready to assist me with competence, promptness and kindness. I have always been very satisfied in all aspects, services, variety of products and especially the beers!
I am only giving this rating now because the last time I took the bikes for lifetime minor adjustments, I specifically spoke about the problem of the gear shifter, that the chain was hitting and making noise. But when I returned home I realized that the problem was still there, and it seemed that nothing had been done to the bike. Since I don't live near the store (Bethesda, MD), it is frustrating to have to take the bike in again to have the service done. I know that nothing is perfect and this happens, I just wanted to put it on record here. Other than that, I'm a fan of your store!
This shop is awesome, the mechanic was very helpful and addressed the issue I was having with my bike. Very fast turnaround too. Best shop around.
