Everyone is nice as can be. The guys did a great job servicing my bike and making sure it was perfect before I settled up. Had a delicious beer while I waited. Hands down my favorite local bike shop. Well worth the trip from Centreville for me.

Very very poor communication and required multiple calls to get a status on a work order that was supposed to have already been completed. Even then no one bothered to give me an update via email or phone despite numerous requests.
