Services! Tom and the rest of the pros there, twice have taken my bike in for repairs or upgrades with no appointment no notice, just working hard to get me back on the trails. Great knowledge, experience, eagerness to help out. Good array of accessories, bikes, supplies, PLUS the beers and health foods! Right on the trail what is not to like!!

I really appreciated being served immediately upon walking in with a broken shifter cable while on a ride. Especially since the cable popped while in high gear and I still had another 10 mile to ride.

I was trying to order a part for my bike. I had a good conversation with the person that originally answered the phone and he was very helpful. He recommended I bring the bike up to verify the part I needed. He told me I could bring it in and it would take 5 minutes to verify. I got to the store 20 minutes early before it opened to ensure I was the first person in line for the day. The service guy was not helpful, didn't put any effort in to helping verify the part and told me he couldn't do it. I wasted an hour of my time and a trip to the store for the service guy to do NOTHING! Worst experience yet. I miss the guys at the old Springfield location. I went to another shop in the area and had the part ordered in no time.

We brought our bikes in for an end of season tune up. As always the staff was friendly and helpful. Our tune ups were complete ahead of schedule, and I could feel the improved performance of the bikes after the service. I’ve done a lot of business with The Bike Lane and value working with their team.
Very knowledgeable and friendly sales and service staff. The store has an excellent inventory for cyclist of all abilities and interests. Frankly, I have been to many bike shops in the area and Bike Lane is heads and shoulders above all of them.
The staff was very helpful getting a Wahoo Smart Trainer up and running with an older Trek for winter training. Store is conveniently located in Reston for bike maintenance.
