I bought a mountain bike online and went to pick it up with no problem. I loved that they do a little tune up before you take it home to make sure it’s all good to go. Their customer service is top notch; they helped me put the bike in the car even taking out car seats and baby stuff! The employees are very knowledgeable and provide helpful recommendations. I definitely recommend this bike shop!

Maintenance quality and ability to source components during the pandemic was excellent. I feel like everything from complicated repairs to simple fixes receives the attention it deserves. Matching the price of components to their online prices from major warehouses is helpful these days. Makes me more than happy to pay for the quality repairs here.

Great customer service. Jeremy at the West Springfield store was very patient and handled a misplaced part for my son’s bike assembly so that we were able to have it ready in time for Christmas! The Burke Lane location of the Bike Lane is my favorite bike shop in northern Virginia. Derrick and the rest of the mechanics provide top notch, friendly service. Prior to coming there for mechanical needs, I did not pay any attention to Trek. Now the Top Fuel is at the top of my list for my next bike and your mechanics make me want to purchase it at that store.
Associates were friendly and showed me all the options available to address what I needed. They kept things in my budget.
A fantastic full service bike shop. I was going to buy a new bike. They have worked on my present bike and after a great conversation, they talked me in to some upgrades, and not a new bike. I am now saving for an E-bike. I’ll be buying it at Bike Lane!

I placed a phone order with Todd. Took the deposit over the phone and sent me an email when the bike was ready on the day he said it would be.
The pick up went well. I handed my credit card to the sales person and waited out side the store. The transaction was completed in 10 minutes and they loaded the bike into the back of my car being careful not to scratch the bike frame.
I received great assistance from both Burke and Reston stores and was especially appreciative of MJ at Burke store for taking time to describe different features of trek gravel bike options and to fit me with the right frame size. Although the Burke store didn’t have the model and size I wanted he found the perfect Trek bike at Reston store. Thank you.

The staff was very friendly from the moment I called to ask questions and eventually order a bike...to when I picked up the bike after the store received it.
They were very helpful identifying the tool I needed to remove the disc off my front wheel. They ordered the tool for me and had it in store the next day.
