My experience was wonderful and above all educational. I recieved a one on one total information on what type of bike , size and overall performance from MJ. I truly enjoyed his undivided attention. After shopping at so many other stores this was no doubt the best!!

Decent selection of Trek bikes
I got what I needed, nothing more and nothing less, with some expert advice along the way.
The people are great. Very Knowledgeable with a full line of bikes and gear. The service team takes care of your bike like it’s their bike. I would recommend the Bile Lane to everyone

Good service
The mechanics found an relatively inexpensive and good way to upgrade my 2017 Fuel EX 5 to 1x12 speed. They found the parts in a time of part shortages and completed the work quickly once they had everything the needed.

I just want to say thank you. I had a very good experience when Bill helped me with my new Trek Roscoe the other day. He and the other folks who work in the store were very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks again and I look forward to working with everyone again when my bike needs serviced or if I'm looking for new gear as well.

Super helpful and friendly sales associate who was knowledgeable, quick, personable, and pleasant to be around. Helped me buy my first pair of cycling shoes and made me want to come back to the store, especially for some coffee and beer brews. Also reminded me of Seth Rogan. Was cool. Definitely recommend.
