I was charged for a 2 min procedure. Getting a new tire into the wheel.
I brought the rear wheel of my Kona bike (took out by myself) with a new WTB tire and new tube, explained that i had been struggling for an hour trying to get it in.
I know the shop is there for business, but a bit of customer appreciation (I’ve bought 4 bikes in the last 6 years (2 Rona and 2 Trek) won’t ruined your profit.

I went in on a day that happened to be quite busy. I ended up with a couple of problems after my purchase that could have been avoided if there was a standardized process or checklist used before anyone walks out the door with their purchase. I purchased a floor-model e-bike. I was sent home with the wrong charger....although it was in the correct, but previously opened box (stock-management issue?). The bike was not checked out for road-readiness prior to my departure in spite of my raising some concerns after my test-ride.
Staff were quite responsive resolving these problems - so good marks for that, but it also took a lot of my time and effort that shouldn't have been needed.
I also found that staff knowledge of the e-bikes was inconsistent. This is a rapidly growing market. I don't know what the profit margins are, but the people planning to spend thousands on a bike want to feel confident in their supplier.
Except customer service, Brent was very helpful!!! Great product! Will definitely recommend the shop to friends. Thank you !

I came in at 650PM with my wife and kids and was able to walk out in 10 minutes, just before closing, with a bike from the Trek trade in program for my 6 year old. Brent was an absolute legend and quickly sorted us out. He even engaged my son in a way that brought out a couple of words from him - that's pretty hard to do!
All in all, this is why i love swete petes. keep it up.

Amazing service departing! Found and diagnosed the problem with my bike and got it fixed at a reasonable price.
Maybe more and better bike locks and don't carry bike locks like cables that dont work. It could mislead people that don't do their research. Thank the YouTube bike reviewers like talalipop. He's the reason I bought my bike there. Really if you owe a commission to anyone, you owe it to him. He works for trek, though so...
Love the Bike repair area! It's classy and excellently stocked and organized. I recommend that there is more interaction with the patron, to discover what their concerns are. Must help a customer make the choices that that will make them happy.

Surly mechanic with a whatcha-want-me-to-do-about-it attitude. Broken promise on delivery date, charge for a part that he assured me would be covered under warranty.
Did not receive so much as a single of Sweet Pete’s usual text and email service updates for the entire 3 weeks it was at the shop.
This never would have happened at the Annex location.
Please do something to save my once fave bike shop!
