Everything about it. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. It's unfortunate that my new bike had a flat and leak a day after purchase, but the staff at the annex fixed it in under 30 mins.
Good selection and messfam (messenger family) reccomended.

Quick friendly and knowledgeable service
We show up from out of town. Absolutely no kind of deals or discounts or even free cages after we spend close to $5000. All the salesperson could emphasize was all there ‘service’ which isnt really free to begin with, which is meaningless for us who were from out of town. My confidante I brought along to advise was also not impressed. We asked for a disc brake stopper to put it on a Wahoo trainer, had to ask twice for both sets really felt like pulling teeth. Any kind of gesture or deal, even small would have went a long away. If there wasn’t a bike shortage, I would have made the journey. Mitch was great to correspond with. But when the tall guy flat out said no deals at all, like we were in the wrong, really made me wish I bought this at my local Trek store. Nice bike though.
Brent was excellent with getting all my questions answered before buying my Arrival. Very quick to reply to my emails and knowledgeable and friendly. Helped with bike set up and changing over a few parts and set up.

Quick and accommodating.
The service is exceptionally good. After decades of bike service that is not like Sweet Pete’s, whenever I go the Sweet Pete’s, I’m surprised and delighted that they can squeeze my emergency or overdue repair in and they don’t give me any more attitude than I deserve for running my bike to the ground and not taking better care of it, and they get me back on the road within the day. I will cross town if I have to in order to get Sweet Pete’s to fix my bike.
