Canceled my order due to stock issues but I was promptly contacted and given the option to back order or get a refund. Refund was chosen and recieved quickly. Would order from again in the future if stock allows.

I bought two bikes from Sweet Pete’s during the pandemic. The staff were communicative and informative particularly during the height of the pandemic when there were bike shortages and limited options. They patiently reviewed the specs of the bikes that were available to help me make an informed decision.
Good selection of in stock items and friendly/helpful staff! Helped me get a substitute for a dropper post I ordered that sent the wrong size quickly. Would recommend 10/10
