Personalized service
The sales staff were very helpful, friendly and didn't attempt to upsell us. They ordered and assembled the bike quickly and since it was a Christmas present, stored it for us until a day or two before we presented it to our son on Christmas eave. When we are in the market for another bike, the Trek store will be our first stop.
