MTB , eMTB , convenient , opportunity to move off road biking forward . I noticed the trek USA sponsorship on the trail head at Sylvan hills . I am much more incentivized working with an association of enthusiasts to develop the sport , rather than following beurocratic mandates and law created by others unsympathetic to individual rights . Wausau economy has always been tough . A trek store here is an improvement to people's quality of life , it helps when resources are thin .

We had inner tubes replaced on the bike. We brought the bike home and one of the tubes popped just sitting there. Called the shop and they told us to bring the bike back. They checked for sharp edges on the rims and replaced the tube at no charge.
Prompt and courteous staff. Very willing to help.

The staff at the Wausau Trek store took their time to make sure we were well informed when researching our first E-bike! My new bike is beautiful! I’m so very happy with this purchase!
Trek Sheboygan was awesome! They picked up our old bikes, repaired, oiled, put new kick stands on, new brake pads, new wires, etc… now we have 6 new bikes! They even returned all bikes to our house, too! Plus, the communication was easy and they were so polite and professional! Don’t wait, call now, they were so helpful to our family!

I took a golf cart into the store due to a bad tire...while this was something "out of their wheelhouse" they went out of their way to help me and now I have a brand new-like tire!! The TREK folks are great to work with.
