Techs were able to explain how to update my 1994 Trek 830 with new hand brakes, new shifters and an adjustable handlebar and stem. They completed the updates and showed me how to make adjustments if needed.

I appreciate that my flat tire was able to be fixed as soon as I brought it in last Friday. I also appreciate the friendliness of the staff and how they explain any issues with my bike very clearly.
