Excellent service and very personable staff.
I feel very comfortable having Tyler and Chris work on my bikes at the Sheboygan Trek store. They listened to my explanation of what I needed repaired on the bike and made appropriate suggestions for the items that I needed to also consider replacing. The results were exactly what I had hoped to get completed at the price we had discussed.
The people working there are friendly and knowledgeable. I wish we would have bought my wife's bike there instead of where we bought it. Will definitely go back there.

Jordan was very helpful and went out of his way to demonstrate a bike rack before we purchased it. He even went so far as putting it on our car before purchase and helping us fit our very heavy e bikes to the rack. I keep coming back to him to get small maintenance on my bike because he explains the repairs and is pleasant . He is non pushing but informative.

The staff at the store go out of their way to evangelize products to make the biking experience better. They willingly share their knowledge regarding "how to" with respect to general repairs and maintenance that the average cyclist can undertake. The staff is enthusiastic and clearly see biking as a means of enjoyment, exercise and ecology.
I didn't ride it yet, but I put my bike on my stand and it seems to shift flawlessly.
