Good bikes and accessories. The seat I bought was on sale at Trek site for $44.99. I paid $51.99 at your store. Store representative was knowledgeable and friendly.
Most importantly I want to thank the young man who let me in 10 minutes early. I've been trying to get to your store for nearly a month. I'm always on a tight schedule being stretched in so many directions. I bike with my 4 granddaughters in the mornings on the east side to their child care providers. Then put my bike on the rack (which I bought from you and love) and travel to the other side of town back for swimming with my other granddaughter. This forces my son to bike 20 miles each way to work. I've been freaking out because there are a lot of non-bike drivers. They are crazy on the road. He has been needing pedals, a new seat and a lamp for nearly a month. I am sooooooooooooooo appreciative that you let me in to make my purchases and get back to my granddaughters.

I'm not going to lie I was disturbed last time I made a purchase and you charged by to put air in my tires. For a while I was thinking of boycotting you. But remembered how much we've bought from you and the fact that we always get GREAT service so I snapped out of it.
Products are always great. I purchased a bike from Stadium East in Green Bay. Tyler helped us out and was really good! I would buy another bike at that shop for sure!

Excellent service. I came in with no scheduled appointment for a tire repair. Service was complete within the day. Only the necessary work was done.
I had a broken spoke on the rear wheel of my Trek mountain bike.
I hadn't had time to work on it myself so I took it to the Stevens Point Trek Store to see if they could fit it in.
It was a Friday afternoon and Josh said he'd try and get to it by the end of the day.
Sure enough he fixed my issue and did an entire inspection with some other adjustments and had it done by the end of the day.
He was very helpful and got everything done much quicker than expected.
Overall, great service at the Trek Store.
I went in with a flat tire and came out 8 minutes later with a new tube installed. Problem solved quickly and capably! The guys were attentive, smiling and helpful! Thanks so much!
