Recently purchased a new Trek FX-3 bicycle which had to be ordered and assembled. I dealt with Tyler who was very proficient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions regarding the specifics of each bike etc. I heard that the store was closing down which is a shame since so many people I know bought their bikes at this store and never came put unsatisfied with their experience there. I was fortunate to have been to a few other Trek stores in Wisconsin, and am sad to see this local gem is being closed. Hopefully they can find another place in the Sheboygan area..for service etc. Its a shame that we have to travel so far for service . Thanks for the memories. Name removed

Went in for a new tire tube and the employee put the whole tire back on the rim.
I wasn’t able to use Trek Sheboygan but they were nothing but helpful, and eventually steered me in a direction that helped me get the bike I wanted. Their knowledge was extremely helpful.

Very friendly, informative, and helpful! Both Tyler and Chris took time to understand our needs and make relevant recommendations, and were so easy to talk with. They treated the more expert bicyclists we saw in the shop and us novices with the same respect and attention. I came in for a tune up on an older inherited Trek bike and left with that taken care of plus my wife deciding to purchase a pre-owned Trek of her own that day. We will definitely be back and will spread the word about the shop and the folks who work there.

I’ve always trusted the trek brand, I personally am a Giant bike fan but since my kids have had Trek bikes we are turning into a trek bike family. I also like the professionalism and the knowledge of the employees at stadium Bike.

We have been a Wausau Trek store customer for many years. The service has always been top-notch. We just purchased two e-bikes and Charlie waited on us. The transaction began over the phone and continued in the store. All the staff, and Charlie, we’re very service oriented. We will definitely be back!

I almost hit 1, 0 not seeing the 10! Glad it didn't register. Whew. Stopped in on Saturday for some tube goo and loved the store. The man helping me was very personable and friendly. Great showroom great variety and selection of of both bikes/gear/equipment and self care/maintenance tools. Thanks for helping me keep it local. I will recommend highly. It is important to support the local bike shops!
