What do you like about our products and services?

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. They even helped me strap my new Trek to my car and gave me some rags and a tie-down to keep the front wheel secure!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Sent an email already. Was quoted a price for repairs and was told someone would call me if it was more. Went to pick up my bike and the cost was about $18 more. Only explanation was that they forgot to include a labor cost. No apology. Not a way to do business.

We brought two 20 plus years old Trex bikes in to get road ready. They had bought of them ready to go quickly with no problems. Good people to work with and they did exactly what I wanted them to do.
