The best customer service!
I was from out of town visiting the area riding my bike had problem. The shop got me in and out right away quick and got it fixed perfectly.

I like dealing with local businesses, especially on large purchases. I did my research on the treadmill that I wanted to purchase and Keith did an excellent job expediting that purchase.
Delivery was not expected for a week or so, but it actually was delivered next day! I am loving it and like knowing that Scheller's not only sells cycling and exercising products, but that they will be there for accessories, future service of my treadmill and appeared happy to answer any questions I may have. The guys who delivered the treadmill and set it up were also professional and friendly. Thanks Schellers!

Will not come again. Looked all over for what I needed. No response from the two employees working, despite my being the ONLY customer in the store. One was on the phone and the other was working on tire spokes. Then when the person on the phone hung up, he showed me at the counter what I was looking for but then said" I am going upstairs" and disappeared. I have a very bad back and can't stand for more than a minute without pain. I was pacing to relieve the pain. I had to ask the one working on the spokes if he could ring me up. He said " hang on a minute" or some such and I had to wait again until he deigned to ring up my purchase. This was the second time I have been where I received similar bored treatment.
They are always kind and willing to go the extra mile.
Andy and his team are always on point. And the Trek product is outstanding. Thank you again.

Fantastic bike shop. We greatly appreciated the service with our rental bikes and helping with pedals, water bottles, bike routes and even getting the bikes loaded into our car. Super fast and courteous.
The guys that work here care to help not just sell products. I needed tires and was going to buy two tubeless at $80 each when my bike wasn’t even capable. They hooked me up with two normal tires for $80 total
My brakes do not function properly and I don't know how to adjust them. .
