Even when it might not be something they sell themselves they have directed me to the right place to solve my problem. Jesse has always been a wealth of knowledge and extremely helpful. The service to the bike was good. I was told ahead of time what prices were and what items needed repaired. The repairs were done fast. I didn’t feel rushed or unimportant. I just returned from a mountain bike ride in waverly a few hours ago and the bike performed perfectly
