Jake was wonderful helping us and our 4 year old grandson find the right bike for him, so patiently. He really knew the products and what would be best for us. He also coached us as to what techniques to use. We will definitely return to Phat Tire and recommend to family and friends.

Great personnel. People who have a passion for what they do. Not common anymore so it's refreshing. I'm barely an amateur trying to get active after years of desk piloting, but I know good C/S when I experience it. It is one of the saddest flags of this country to see such a lack of concern for earning one's paycheck no matter the job. Phat Tire was a good example of how it should be done.
