Customer service was excellent. Chris helped us find a bike helmet by giving us some very useful information about the different helmets and then just let us look a bit while checking in periodically. We both commented afterwards about how helpful that was.

Arrived in Bentonville needing to replace a fender screw that had dislodged during our journey. Service techs were very helpful and while they were fixing us up, we purchased some great helmets.
