Bikes are great and staff is knowledgeable and eager to help. I broke a chain on a recent ride and was in and out in 10 minutes with the tools and the know how to be better prepared in the future. Your technician took the time to show me how to install the chain and secure the master link.

The team who worked on Saturday 2-19-23. Was amazing. They were able to get my bike back up and running really quick. They were super nice. It just reinforces why i bought my bike there and why I keep coming back.

Friendly, efficient and professional
We had two experiences recently. One was with Martin, who helped us pick out a bike, and the other was when I came to pick the bike up. Both times, it was clear we were new to bikes and just getting started, yet no one ignored us or talked down to us. Both employees were welcoming, enthusiastic about bikes, and seemed genuinely happy for us to be getting into biking. All in all, a great experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for bikes and gear!
