These guys are totally honest brokers - I took in three (3) bikes in varying shades of disrepair, and Steve (one of the techs) called me back 1-2 days later to let me know that one of the bikes was not worth repairing (which I expected), and that the other two would be less costly than the original quote!
Highly recommended, and I will absolutely use them again in the future!

Excellent service. I had a flat tire and the service tech fixed the tire in less than 15 minutes at a very reasonable price. During the wait another employee helped my wife with starting her search for a new bike. The pros and cons of several bikes were explained in a no pressure informative manner. We will definitely return for our service needs and probably for a new bike purchase.
