I have both of my mountain bikes serviced at Outspokin in Irmo. The staff has been very helpful, friendly, professional, and most of all, they have exhibited a degree of integrity that most businesses lack today. They will not perform unnecessary services and try to upsell you on anything. They are honest and offer you all the options that will assist you in any decision making. In addition to their kindness and knowledge regarding products, we have had great experiences on the service side. The team fixed my mountain bike's bottom bracket, which I thought was beyond repair; the bike rides like new even though it's 16 years old! In addition, we purchased two new Trek mountain bikes and both were perfectly assembled and did not need any tweaks or adjustments after their first several outings.
Finally, Matt has generously supported our nonprofit endeavors, which has allowed us to donate 18 bicycles in 2023, with several more in the works. I appreciate Matt's encouragement and support as we strive to make a positive impact in others' lives through bicycles and bicycling! Thank you, Outspokin'! The employee stopped working on the bike he was repairing to replace my inner tube, which took maybe five minutes. I was in and out in no time!
