I received great service in finding a new bicycle! I did not know what I was looking for (other than just wanting a bicycle) but I got good suggestions and general advice. I visited both locations and the sales people took the time to listen and answered patiently my many questions. Very helpful, since I don't know much about bikes. After riding my bicycle a couple times on pavement and park trails, I am very happy with my purchase.
