Received friendly greeting from maintenance desk staff both when dropping off bike and picking up. As a newcomer to the cycling world, Chuck patiently and informatively answered all my questions at drop off.
Also, the guy who helped me with pick up, recommended a lube for my drivetrain and was helpful explaining how to apply it to the chain between rides.
Appreciate the time the staff spent helping me and the obvious enthusiasm they have for what they do.
