The attendant was very professional, polite, and honest. I initially intended to purchase a more expensive tune-up but was told that a less expensive option was sufficient for the condition of my bike. I got a bike accessory with the money I saved on the service. This level of professionalism and honesty differentiates this shop from many others. I am a fan!

I brought my bike in to get tuned up. They did a great job in getting my bike back to me within 48 hours. They were great to communicate with before, during and after the process was completed. I’ll definitely be back for anything I need with this bike, or if I get a new bike.

I recently purchased a new Marlin 7 from Outspokin (on Devine) for trail riding, but I was having problems with the front brake from the start. To date, I have only ridden it twice on trails. Each time I would need to take the front tire off for transport, but when i put the tire back on there would be significant rubbing in the front brake area. This was disconcerting since the bike was brand new.
But James at Outspokin took care of the situation and replaced the front brake without any hassle or haggle. I appreciated his candor and willingness to help fix the situation. I took the bike in once and he made some adjustments, but when that did not work, I took it in again and he offered to replace the entire front brake under warranty. He did not offer a temporary fix; instead, he got to the root of the problem. I appreciated the fact that he did not propose lesser, half-a$$ed solutions.
