I bought a tire and tube yesterday for my grandson's bike which were installed on the rim. I tried to reassemble the tire on the bike but had a problem getting the chain tight. When I brought the bike in this morning, your service man adjusted the wheel and got the chain tight. My grandson will be burning up the new tire this weekend. THANKS Patrick Handel
