Every part of my experience there was wonderful. It started with getting fitted for a bike to actually trying the bike out when it arrived, to help with purchasing helmet, lights for the bike, and shoes. I am brand new to biking, but this certainly was the most positive experience I have had

Thought I had a bad trigger shifter since it very imprecise. Instead we just replaced the cable with a "zero compression" one. My "bad" shifter now works flawlessly. Wish I had come in sooner!

To be able to put into words the ease at which I felt when purchasing my bike from Outspokin is not an easy task! The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and made me feel relaxed when answering my questions. Laura helped me three weeks in a row. She was extremely patient with me, and supportive. She is one of the main reasons I bought my bike from the store!
Great service. Reserved a bike online. Picked it up and transaction was flawless. They adjusted the bike for my child’s height.
Knowledgable and helpful technician and salesman. Matt helped us quickly get shifters on two road bikes working perfectly. He explained the tune up levels and when to bring our bikes back in. We weren’t pressured to spend money on maintenance right away. We bought a new pair of bib shorts and arm warmers.
