This week I had a special part order from the Devine location. The mechanic(?) I talked to was super knowledgeable and helpful. He knew exactly the part I needed from a very brief and bad description on my part. The part came in quickly and at a reasonable price. Excellent experience as it normally is.
Today 3/8 working through upgrading my bike, including parts bought earlier from Devine. I ran in to trouble and visited the Irmo location. First name removed Rivers quickly fixed the problem right there on the spot in just a couple of minutes. His expertise and experience are priceless. Again the shop rates were reasonable and as always work with First name removed was a pleasure.
Two great experiences, one at each location in one week. I love Outspokin and would recommend them to anyone looking for anything bike related.

First-time customer and my experience was excellent. Had my Terra Trike serviced (shifter had frozen up). Service techs resolved the issue promptly, and provided some helpful guidance on the maintenance of my drivetrain. I appreciated the time they spent with me, and the friendly service. Just picked up my Trek bikes from Outspoken (Irmo) - per usual, the annual service & tuneup went smoothly. The staff is professional and helpful - always answering any and all questions. The Trek bikes are in great shape and ready for the spring biking season!!

We went in on a whim, looking to get our son a bigger bicycle. The staff was helpful and friendly. After a little time spent looking around we found a bike he liked and ordered the colorway he wanted. It came fast and we were updated the whole time.
Everyone involved the store is friendly and helpful. The service staff only recommends what is needed and always a quick turnaround on any service needed.

I like the personalized service and friendly staff at Irmo. Matt has always treated me with respect and has been helpful with any question I have. I see that he treats other customers the same and genuinely gets to know and remember repeat customers.
I brought my 8-year-old bike in, which I hadn't serviced since I bought it, and I had no idea what I was doing, but Mike helped me a lot and cleared up many of my questions. Mike was very kind and patient, knew what he was talking about, and wanted to help.

I’ve taken 3 bicycles to Outspokin’ in the last month and the service department guys are awesome! They fixed my grandson’s bike tires within minutes after I walked into the shop. The next time, my bike tires were filled with air (no charge!), and the other bike needed some work so I went back in a few days to pick it up. I was welcomed in to the store all three times and was notified as soon as the bike was ready. I am so pleased with their service, and I have a happy grandson as well!
