Outspokin - Irmo has great customer service. The staff is very helpful in answering questions no matter whether its about a new bicycle I am thinking of purchasing or an issue that requires service with an existing bicycle. The service team does a great job of root causing and fixing problems. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
I have also referred Outspokin - Irmo to new neighbors who have moved in from other cities and they've been pleased with the bike selection / purchase process and the help they received from Outspokin's staff for frame sizing, accessories to purchase, etc.
I tend to visit the Irmo store on a weekday and it's never crowded. I like supporting local businesses in our community and Outspokin - Irmo is a great local business that I support.

I’ve taken 3 bicycles to Outspokin’ in the last month and the service department guys are awesome! They fixed my grandson’s bike tires within minutes after I walked into the shop. The next time, my bike tires were filled with air (no charge!), and the other bike needed some work so I went back in a few days to pick it up. I was welcomed in to the store all three times and was notified as soon as the bike was ready. I am so pleased with their service, and I have a happy grandson as well!
This week I had a special part order from the Devine location. The mechanic(?) I talked to was super knowledgeable and helpful. He knew exactly the part I needed from a very brief and bad description on my part. The part came in quickly and at a reasonable price. Excellent experience as it normally is.
Today 3/8 working through upgrading my bike, including parts bought earlier from Devine. I ran in to trouble and visited the Irmo location. First name removed Rivers quickly fixed the problem right there on the spot in just a couple of minutes. His expertise and experience are priceless. Again the shop rates were reasonable and as always work with First name removed was a pleasure.
Two great experiences, one at each location in one week. I love Outspokin and would recommend them to anyone looking for anything bike related.
