I prefer to shop locally and IMT has knowledgeable staff and good inventory to support that preference. I am very happy with my purchase of a Gazelle e-bike, all questions were answered and even questions I did it have were addressed! Although it was a big $ purchase, I don’t have a single twinge of remorse - I know I’ll be supported should anything go wrong.

Found what I wanted on your website and you shipped it really quickly. However, I am very disappointed that the redshift aerobars that I bought were the last generation, which was NOT made clear when I placed the order. If I had known I could have ordered the correct additional parts but I have since ordered an accessory riser kit only to find it does not fit the older bars. Now I am dealing with the Redshift to sort it out at great delay, and this problem will affect a multiday bike trip I have planned as I will not get the bar fit dialed in and tested in time. Bummer.
