Amazing service and supply!! While I was in there, an older gentlemen was needing help with his chain. The customer was very concerned with cost and time. The technician calmly said, “I think it will take 10min but you never know until I get in there but no matter what, the fix will be free”. The demeanor of the customer finally relaxed and further instructions were given. I was overly impressed with the technicians awareness of what truly was concerning the patron and then his ability reassure! I will take my bikes here exclusively for maintaining from here on out!
