The service and speed of delivery was phenomenal. However, the item was priced higher that it should have been. The only reason why I paid that price is because it was out of stock from the manufacturer's website and I really wanted it. The price increase is why I didn't provide a 10/10 score.

Due to the scarcity of bikes during the Covid-19 pandemic, I journeyed to Boise from Chicago to purchase a bicycle at Idaho Mountain Touring. More than one staff member displayed genuine concern and helpfulness, making sure I was read to ride. They assisted with getting me comfortable on the bike with saddle height and verified reach to the handlebars was good. Coached me on care for adjusting and maintaining a carbon frame. Just in general, helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend that you work with Idaho Mountain Touring. A+ experience.
